Billed for two ultrasounds bc of twins?

So I just got the bill from my doctors office. I had to call and ask why I was billed for two ultrasounds. They billed for two bc I have twins. Which I think is crappy. Does anyone else office does this? Also they Bill $210 for each. After insurance I owe $75 for one and $140 for the other.
