Questions on provera!!

So I've taken provera to help jump start my period which it did. I took pills for ten days and got my period like five days later. So question now would I ovulate a few weeks after I got my period then since you're suppose to ovulate after your period? It's hard for me to track ovulation because my periods are so irregular. Has anyone taken provera got their period then gotten pregnant after? Just so ready to have a baby and it seems like such a process lol especially when I have so many pregnant women around me..
