I had my mirena for 4 years and was really happy with it. I never had periods the whole time but decided to have it removed on January 4 to TTC for #1. I would love to hear other experiences ttc after mirena and if anyone experienced this so called mirena crash. As of 2/9 I still have not had a period, but tested positive for ovulation on 2/1. I feel like my doctor didn't prepare me for the withdrawal symptoms and gave me unrealistic expectations on when I would bleed after removal. Thanks!!
