Could it be?

So past couple of days I've been feeling nauseous and feeling like I'm going to throw up. I took this test yesterday and this is the pic I took (within the time frame) and today when I stretch I feel like something is being tugged and it's a proper weird feeling in the womb area and tingles all the way down my vag hole(sorry) but can anyone tell me what this all could mean? I don't want to get my hopes up on it being pregnancy, but I also hope it is
