Hey ladies this is my first time trying Geritol and to be honest I'm a little nervous about it. I've heard a lot of good things and a few negative things. Today is my first cycle day so I guess I start taking one pill starting today? I have done so much research but I am still not sure if I should take something with it or take geritol alone. Like prenatals or folic acid? I'm not sure which route to take.. any advice??
