Too early to determine sex?? This is is my 12w3d ultrasound. No evidence of boy parts. I'm really thinking it's a girl cause HR was 163 and the doc said my baby is really high. What is the earliest you have seen "boy parts" with a good angle like this??

Genitals on a fetus don't fully form until 15th week of pregnancy, at 12 weeks it's too early to determine gender by ultrasound

So the genitalia is actually visible at the 11th week. It's grown enough.. It'll be there.

That's a girl.. If it were a boy, there would Definitely already be something dangling.lol .

The lady told me she was 80% it was going to be a girl. She said you can tell at this time.

My boy was looking more like a girl (according to US tech) at 12 weeks, but 2 weeks later he was ALL BOY, undeniable! I wouldn't start buying gender specific things (if you even plan to) just yet. However, looking back even at my 12 week it did look more like a boy to me; so you probably have a girl!
