Ovulation pain or possible pregnancy?

I'm on day 19 of my cycle, I'm certain I've ovulated between today and 2 days ago. I've been cramping all day along with some lower back pain. Yesterday I had a few spouts of nausea but nothing like the morning sickness I had experienced with my daughter (I was still able to walk around and eat/drink.) My husband and I aren't actively TTC but we definitely aren't doing much to prevent either. I've read a lot about ovulation pain and it sounds like that could be the problem but I've never experienced it before. Has anyone ever dealt with ovulation pain or is my body just responding to implantation?
