Genetic to BFN for long time!

My mother got BFN on HPT and urine and blood at the doctor until she was 12 weeks pregnant with me. Could it be possible that I am pregnant and getting BFN because it's genetic from her to just have LOW hcg levels?
I am 5 days late, sore boobs, exhausted, gassy, and random cramping high and low....
