Why does men want to control a woman in a relationship?!

It's because of how men and women are raised differently. Boys are taught to be leaders and tough and demanding. Girls are taught to be quiet  and told that they're fragile, forced to worry more about their looks and what others think of them. 
It had to due with gender rolls ans all that. Women are known as the "weaker sex" which isn't true at all. There's so much inequality in our day to day lives and it makes me very sad.

It does have to do with societies gender roles. But i think it is changing. I also think originally men took control because they were scared of women's power to make life.

In my relationship I have to take control because my bf he has Autism and he talks but he doesn't speak up for himself for I have to speak up for him lol
