So this is my first period since getting off birth control and let me just say it is kicking my ass. I'm bloated and gassy. I have cramps so bad I keep crying. My whole body aches. My periods used to be like this but I was spoiled by birth control making them short and light with minimal symptoms. I'm just whining cuz no one else will listen to me complain about my uterus trying to kill me.
