Question....

So I take a few meds that cause constipation. (Ironically one of them is zofran for my morning sickness) I'm 10 weeks pregnant. So when I can actually get the zofran down i don't vomit at all. And my morning sickness is controlled. However zofran plus pregnancy plus another med of mine cause me to be really constipated. If I'm lucky I go every few days and when I do its like little balls lol (sorry to be so descriptive 😌) but lately I have noticed the only time I vomit when I have my zofran in me is when I haven't gone for a few days.... logically I'm thinking if my bowels are backed up but I'm putting more food in then they gotta come out somehow? I'm just curious if this is coincidence or related to each other? Thoughts please...
