Temps taken as soon as I get out of bed then I go pee. Everyday same time frame. What's going on with my temps?

Take your temp while you're still laying in bed. Don't get up and then temp. Temp and THEN get up.

I've never seen the benefit to the basal thermometer. I've used both and my temp chart doesn't really adjust for the variation. However, I saw a huge difference in the stability of my temps when I went from oral to vaginal. I've been vaginal temping for almost 8 months now. Try that.
