58 day cycle my period never been late before urine test keep coming back negative just finally took a blood test today could I be pregnant I've been having many pregnancy symptoms

Nausea sensitive to smells frequent urination headache slight cramping white discharge and soar boobs on sides could I be pregnant or could my body be playing tricks on me what's going on???
