Wish he was more rough...

I love my husband, but gosh he isn't good at sex. He likes missionary & that's about it. He never suggests new ways or even attempts them. He can't even talk about sex without being immature. He's 25 by the way haha. I introduced toys but he doesn't seem interested. How can I get him to initiate sex & think of new ideas without having to be prompted? Plus we have sex once every 2 weeks :( We are still newlyweds too lol
