High blood pressure anyone ?

Has anyone else had high blood pressure ? And what did your dr do about it ? Induce you or put you in hospital ?

I did and I was induced at 37 weeks! And had an 8 pound baby girl! I couldn't have imagined going to my due date.

I went to Dr apt yesterday and the girl told me my BP was 140/90, usually it is 110/60. They said they would check it again at the end of my apt, and it was 120/76.. much better but it made me nervous, so now I am checking it at home with my own BP monitor. So far still normal.. maybe it was just a fluke.

I'm 38 + 1 and have had high bp last 2 apts, swelling in the feet but no protein in my pee anymore. Due to get induced 18/2 original due date was 23/2 I'm a bit scared wanted to avoid hospital as much as I could hopefully this little guy will come early

I just had high blood pressure for the first time at my appointment yesterday. I'm 37 weeks. I didn't have any protein in my urine or any swelling, so I'm getting my blood pressure checked at least two more times this week, and then Monday when I go for my appointment we'll see what the doc says. I'm thinking he's going to want to go ahead and deliver if it's high again to head off pre-eclampsia. He told me that if I keep getting headaches that won't go away or any sudden swelling or vision changes to go straight to the ER.
