Pain in the right side lower abdomin

Ive had a constant pain on my right side lower abdomin since about 6pm and it has gotten worse, it hurts to move& to breathe! Baby is still moving any ideas on what this could be?

I had the same pain a and my midwife said it was most likely a) sore/strained round ligament from the uterus growing or b) sore/strained stomach muscle from vomiting. I had it for a few weeks but once baby dropped the pain went away completely :) good luck!

I get it every time I work a full shift at work (hairstylist) doc says its round ligament pain. It's so so awful I bought a belly band on Amazon that has helped loads

Thank you ladies! I took a warm bath and it finally went away and has stayed gone so far I even slept great for a few hours last night!
