Braxton hicks?

Anyone know how to explain what Braxton hicks feel like?

It feels like tightening in your belly or lower abdomen. It can take your breath away too.

Tightening of top of uterus. With my first I thought it was baby pushing on me up high but as they became more regular I realized what it was. With my first they became more frequent the final few weeks and the day I delivered I had them all day long every few minutes until my water broke.
