I've had this for over and week and am only just realizing the little nub at the bottom end of my baby! This is at 11w5d is it a penis or a nub?

Answer

From everything I've read, both boys and girls start out with that and at that age the only way to know for sure is to have the DNA test. Going to have to wait until the 20 weeks or ask your dr. Good luck. 
I found out I was have a girl at 11w4d by the harmony blood test.
