Penetrative sex is really painful, even if I'm just barely penetrated. Even a finger hurts, whether it's mine or his. It's so bad I can't use a tampon. Sometimes I spot after sex. I have PTSD and have been sexually assaulted twice, so I'm not sure if that's the cause of the pain. I have a high sex drive most of the time. I've been to my doctor about it, but after two visits and continued unexplained pain I got embarrassed and told him the pain was gone. I don't have endometriosis, because I don't have painful periods. I do have PCOS and fibromyalgia. Sex has been painful off and on throughout my life. When we first got together it never hurt, but it has for the past five or six years, and these have been the most painful. We've tried lube, going slow, etc. My vagina doesn't usually hurt unless something penetrates it, and then it will hurt for awhile, sometimes the pain is excruciating. We're TTC and I know if he knew the extent of the pain he'd quit baby dancing. I don't know what to do.
