I'm pretty young and I have had this crush on a guy for a while. He actually asked me out on my birthday last year but ever since I've seen no signs of romance from him. We haven't even kissed yet. My birthday is coming up again in 2 weeks. Should I just make a move, ask him or continue with my life as usual? I really don't want to make my life revolve around this but any advice would be great!
