My 6 y/o niece told me that her mom sometimes "hits" her. Now, I see this little girl every day (I babysit before and after school). I've never once seen a mark on her body other than the occasional bruise on the leg from playing outside. She's a happy kid, makes friends easily, very sociable, no issues at school. What do I do about this? Would CPS even do anything without any kind of evidence?
