Is it ok to drink a cup of coffee a day while pregnant?

Yes you can have up to 200mg a day. 1 8oz cup is about 95mg, so it's safe to say that you can have 2 full cups (16oz) of plain black coffee and be fine

Be careful with retail coffee-aka Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts. Wowsers. They have a lot of caffeine! A tall coffee from Starbucks has over 300 mg!!! I stopped drinking coffee because I got too worried about miscarriage. I miscarried anyway. But I have remained caffeine free.
