So confused on bbt and opk.. Help!!

So in November we had a pretty uncommon occurance and lost our baby at 17 weeks bc LUTO. We have been trying to conceive since and haven't had any luck. This month I decided to try the bbt and the ovulation tests. I am so confused off of the bbt but it looks like I have a lh surge based off of my ovulation test. Please help me understand this!!
