I have a very uneasy, and uncomfortable feeling. I've felt this way for almost a week. I've even cried a few times. I have no idea what's causing me to feel like this but I don't like it and it makes me feel crazy.  Does anyone else get this way? I've tried calming myself down and just chilling but it doesn't work! And when I forget about it my mind automatically reminds me..
