Denying sex

My boyfriend and I haven't had sex in a month and a half, this is partially because we haven't seen each other because of work and school. The other reason is the reason I'm writing this. He doesn't like showers so I refuse to have sex with him. My health comes first before having sex with dirty genitals. Am I a bad girlfriend for denying sex for these reasons?
