Need some advice please ladies!

I'm approximately 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant today and I've got my doctors appointment on Saturday to confirm and check everything's ok! On Monday I decided to do another pregnancy test and the test line was darker than before then I've done one today and it's lighter? Think I'm just reading into things too much? 😞 xxx
