I had a c-section n got preggo 7 months after it could I still have a normal birth this second time?

My first was a csection. I got pregnant 6 months after and had a successful vbac. I since had another vaginal birth and am preparing for my next shortly! Good luck!

My old boss had a vbac! (Vaginal after Csection) she said it was the best decision she ever made!

Most doctors recommend not having a vaginal birth unless your csection was more than two years ago. Your body needs a chance to heal. The chances of your csection incision opening and rupturing your uterus are high in your case because not enough time has gone by. This puts both you and your baby at risk. Everyone is different but a patient of mine almost died along with her baby because she insisted on a vbac and she had 6 years between her births. She ended up with another emergency csection and a blood transfusion. Just be open minded and know that it might not happen. Good luck to you either way.

My best friend got pregnant with her 4 children all 6-9 months after pregnancy. She had three successful vbacs. :)
