Am I ovulating?

I just started back on birth control this month. This is my second week taking them and today, (my most fertile day according to glow) I'm getting little twinges of pain. Not bad at all, and not really cramps. Just small annoyances. It started last night. Could I be ovulating this month because I havnt been on the pill long enough yet?
