Which fertile window do you go with?

Glow has my fertile Window starting yesterday but Ovia has it starting the 15th. My last cycle was 29 days and I ovulated around the 15th day. What do I believe and why would ovia be putting it so far out?

I used to use them & they were so different!  Stressed me out !!

I would just use ovulation tests, or chart your bbt. Much easier to tell

Just go with your body!  These groups only predict. But they aren't 100% x

It's difficult to say. I went with what Glow said but no app is going to actually know your body. For me I did the BD or tried to every other day from cd10 to cd17. I have a 28 day cycle and think I ovulated between cd12 & 15. Opks would probably be a good idea. Good luck!
