Is cutting your hair bad?

Ok, so I know your not suppose to dye your hair bleach it etc while being pregnant but I want to cutt my dead ends and this lady told me that no because if I do that I don't care about my baby because my baby can come out blind or death and I'm just like I have never heard about this before in my life. Is this bad?

I'm a cosmetologist and neither cutting or coloring your hair is bad during pregnancy.  With my first pregnancy  a lot of people tried telling me this and we learned in school it's completely false. Also I have had is confirmed by 3 different doctors

That is the the most stupid thing I have ever heard! Whoever told you that is an idiot. Hair is just keratin and protein, and after it has left the follicle is not even "alive" anymore. Of course you can cut your hair!!! You can even dye, bleach, perm, and relax it while pregnant. Just try to do it in a well ventilated area.

That's the craziest thing I've heard!! Can we say, old wives tale??? I'm a hairstylist and its 100% okay to cut your hair. Coloring on the other hand I would say, do your research and do whatever you feel comfortable with. 😊 I will never tell pregnant clients if they can or can't color their hair. That is totally a personal decision.
