Miscarriage twice within 2 months

I fell pregnant on the 6th of sept I took a clear blue test & it said 1-2 weeks pregnant on the 13th of sept i had chemical pregnancy I then was examined and they told me it was I then took a pregnancy test on the 23rd of sept just to make sure and it did say not

Pregnant i knew for sure I then found out again I was pregnant on the 15th October & and then took a clear blue test said 1-2 weeks & then on the 5th of November I misscarried again, I feel so sad & numb I told people and they aren't supportive or sympathic & I'm only 19😞
