Finder binder

I got into a car accident and had to slam on my breaks. I pulled up to far leaving a parking lot and a car came flying at me. I reversed and bumped the truck behind me. I was so shaken up. Guy didn't want to call police, only damage was to my vehicle. Now I'm worried about my baby. I'm 15 weeks. Don't want to go to the er, thinking I'll just call my ob in the am. But the internet is scary and I googled it and it says go right away. Just not sure what to do.
