Prenatal vitamin nausea?

I started prenatal vitamins Monday, I'm 5w4d. I'm taking them with dinner and within an hour or so I'm super nauseas. Not nauseas any other time of the day so far. Anyone else having reaction to prenatals?

I can't take the pill form..I throw up every time even with food.  I take the gummies and have no problems!

Yes I would get really sick after I took my prenatal vitamins with my first baby and the doctor told me it's the iron in the pills. It's hard to absorb in the first trimester. She told me to just stick to folic acid and then can resume the prenatal vitamin in my second trimester.  And that's what I did.

Try different brands. I found some I react less too than others.
Also taking them just before bed rather than with dinner is helping me. I'm asleep before the vitamin nausea hits. :)

If you can,try taking organic prenatal vitamins! I take rainbow light (you have to buy the DHA pills separately) but I haven't had any nausea since I switched. And i used to get really nauseous. You can take them with or without food. I've done it both ways and felt fine!
