Depends if you cycle is regular or not. Usually I start at 3-5 days after my period ends, because I'm not regular.

I would take one a day after af if you haven't used them before and don't know exactly around what day you ovulate. Glows fertile days aren't necessarily accurate. When the line starts to get darker I usually test 2xs a day. ( I bought the cheap strips on Amazon so I got a pack of 50)
