It's killing my anxiety disorder, stopping Cigs and my meds at once!

Does anyone else have an anxiety disorder? I do and I just found out I was + today. My hubby wants me to stop everything in one day but I take klonopin once a day (already under the prescribed dose) and I'm a heavy smoker. I've been trying to cut back but immediately stopping is already killing me. IDK, I sound horrible but I really want a cig and to take my meds. What can help. Or will it hurt the baby if I shock my system by quitting all at once an going through withdrawal (even on a small scale)?
