High blood pressure 😞

Went to my weekly appointment and my blood pressure was high. Had to go to triage to get monitored. I have to go back to the doctor tomorrow to recheck my bp and if it's high, I'll have to be induced. Terrified of being induced. Any mamas out there with nice stories to ease my mind? Planning on being as relaxed as I can going into this appointment but I'm already anxious about it.
