Arm pain? 17 weeks

I was reading on google That if you have arm pain it's a sign of ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage is that true??

Shoulder pain can occur with an ectopic pregnancy. Reason being with a rupture and a lot of internal bleeding, it causes irritation you feel as referred shoulder pain. Very unlikely this would be your only symptom. Can't speak from experience but I do know someone who had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and basically passed out immediately due to the blood loss, it's pretty dramatic. Besides you are quite far along for one to occur.

The same thing is happeneing to me, I'm 17 almost 18 weeks, and have had an on and off stinging/pulsing pain in my right forearm, I noticed it after it had happened a few times but haven't gotten it in a few days, I want to know what this means as well

Went to the er for pain in my arm yesterday and they told me it might just be that I somehow pulled a muscle or hurt my arm while sleeping. Hubby does say I do some weird things in my sleep lol. Still have the pain today but tylenol helps.

I went to the er after hearing that and having bad pains they told me they had never even heard of it and that everything was completely fine
