What is a "sea sponge" & a "menstral cup" ? I'm only familiar with pads and tampons 😂 can someone explain to me what they are ?

Okay the sea sponge I just discovered tonight. So basically in the shower you get it weight and put it in your vagina. It soaks up the blood and you just rinse with water to clean. You know when to take it out because it becomes heavy.
