Should I be worried?

So, I started the Xulane birth control patch on Monday after having an IUD removed a week prior.. I started the patch the day after my period ended, my husband thought we were safe already (he never listens to me lol) and came in me yesterday (tuesday)... should I be worried about a pregnancy or do you think we are in the clear?
