IUI without clomid?

Question

So I'm probably going to start clomid next cycle, but I'm impatient and want to try IUI this cycle without it if it's possible. I'm going to ask my doctor tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone's done this and had success? I'm so impatient waiting on my future baby!

Hi Cindy- I did two "natural" IUI cycles, but with no success. We're dealing with male factor infertility so it seemed to be a good shot while we wait for his numbers to go up.

If you ovulate Naturally without clomid I don't see why not! Although if cost is an issue I would wait and get the most bang for my buck, especially since they usually take 2-4 to work; statistically anyway.
