I use condoms with my boyfriend and he still pulls out can I possibly be prego?

If he uses a condom every time and still pulls out with the condom on then there should be no way you can get pregnant. If his bare penis with ejaculate or pre-ejaculate doesn't touch the inside of your vagina, you should be fine.

Technically possible but the chances are very low. It's good practice to buy plan b preventively in case a condom breaks though.
