not sleeping 😭

does anybody else have the same problem? I'm 5 weeks and I just feel so uncomfortable. I can't get any sleep ever. I got 3 hours last night and its 1 in the morning and I'm still not sleeping.. what did you guys do if you experienced or experience it now?
