Is anyone else experiencing this? My first pregnancy by boobs got sore but it was a mild soreness. This time it's really bad. Feels like burning and stabbing pain. If anyone has any relief tips please share! I didn't produce much milk the first time and I'm hoping this is a sign I'll produce more. I'm going to ask my doctor about the pain next visit and hopefully it's a normal part of pregnancy.
