HE GAVE ME HIS NUMBER WHAT NOW?!

So the guy I liked was sitting with me on the bus and he saw me on my phone and sat next to me. He asked what I was looking at and I locked my screen. Then we were jokingly fighting over my phone and he put his hand over mine and it was really cute!  Then later he asked for my number and we exchanged contacts! The other week we had eye contact and neither of us looked away we were kinda connected as one! Should I text him and does he like me?
