Someone help!

I'm having cramps but there's no blood 😟

Started an hour ago and idk

I'm freaking out. I read articles that this can be because of early pregnancy!?

And my nipples were kinda sensitive a few weeks ago and had little to no discharge. I took a test and it was negative. I took an EC January 23rd and had an unexpected period then...what is this?? Could I be pregnant? Has anyone else experienced this?
