I am 20 weeks today and due June 30th but im so scared baby is kicking all night long, i sleep all day with bad migraines and tylenol wont help but all night im up and cant go to sleep even with sleeping meds i was prescribed. Im also told i have anemia with this 2nd pregnancy and have to take iron pills that make me sick and i cant eat during the day but at night all i do is eat. I have anatomy scan this Wednesday and im so scared. Is all this nornal please someone tell me am i just loosing my mind my fatigue is so extreme its hard to get out of bed. Being in the shower makes me exgremly dizzy i feel like i would faint and have to hold on to the wall and seat down. Also at 12 week ultrasound i was told i was due july 6th, then july 4th, then at 16 week ultrasound they told me june 30th is my due date. Is this nornal anyone? With 1st pregnancy i didnt go through anything like this at all. Thank you ahead of time.
