Positive and a negative

Hi, I've been to the doctors today as I had stomach pains. Turns out I have a uti. Whilst there they also did a pregnancy test. I got a faint but clear positive. Amazing so I rush to the chemist to get my antibiotics and also a clear blue digital to show my husband and it's a BFN!! Any suggestions? ?
