35 with Pcos and trying after miscarriage... Any tips?

I have Pcos and got pregnant in October and miscarried at 10 weeks. I haven't had a regular cycle yet, and just started tracking again. I am nervous about trying again, and feel discouraged because I don't know my cycle as well. Any tips, ideas, encouragement?

Hi I had pcos when I was 26 and was given clomid I conceive almost straight after he's now 13 never got pregnant since ;-( I've had lap see surgey and I no longer have pcos!! And nothing to show why I haven't conceived! I they won't give me clomid but I swear till this day it was clomid they gave me my son!! They will not give me it coz I have no pcos... Good luck x

Hello I'm 34 nearly 35 had a miscarriage in January at 8 weeks.  I was told to wait one cycle which I have and them try again.  It's hard I just think these ovualtion tests put extra pressure on you both.  If you are both ready nothing stopping you now, or wait till your first cycle.  I also take pregnancy vitamins and exercise good luck
