Super hungry during ovulation

Hi everyone,

I wondered if you could help me....

I have recently undergone surgery to remove patches of endometriosis and polycystic cysts.

Before my operation I didn't ovulate successfully, since my operation I am ovulating! (Yayyyy)

But can I ask, is it normal to feel extremely hungry and 'hormonal' during ovulation?

I feel like I'm due to start my period but it's not that time yet.

I am not a greedy person, and I eat a well balanced diet. I have very good self restraint and rarely binge on 'rubbish' food. Although today I just can't get full, I am ravished. I want to eat everything in sight. I am especially craving sugar (I don't normally have a sweet tooth), today I just can't stop this craving.

I would appreciate anyone's advise and feedback please.

Also I had a positive ovulation test today and a negative one this evening? Can you get false positives?

Myself and my partner have been trying for a little one for over four years, so I really would appreciate any advice.
