I mean, if your toddler will stay with you at all times and you're not worried about him running off, you could do without a double stroller. Or you could baby wear the baby but eventually that baby will get bigger and heavier. And also, you could get a sit and stand stroller if your child is well-behaved. Mine is not well-behaved and would never sit on the bench-type seat on those sit and stands. He needs to be fully strapped in. So we'll be investing in a double stroller.

I prefer tandem strollers, side by sides have issues getting through doorways and aisles. I'm getting a city select, it can be both single or double, tandem, you can get the bassinet. Mine will be 18 months apart.
